FREDDIE WAYNE LASH     Age 59

Born November 18th, 1946 Greensboro, N.C.

Died December 13th, 2005 Las Vegas, Nevada

Has been cremated.  At his request his remains were sent to his friend, Gloria Hutter, San Francisco, CA and scattered over the Pacific Ocean off the coast of San Francisco on March15th, 2006. He is free at last!

Freddie was a beautiful man - kind, generous, caring and looking for love and acceptance all of his life. He had a brilliant mind and a fantastic sense of humor.

Some know him as aggressive and demanding.  This was due to the lifestyle he chose and because he thought no one cared about him. He wanted desperately to be loved and accepted. Although successful in his chosen careers he was a lonely man.  

He fought valiantly against lung cancer and in the end he just stopped breathing. He died far from his San Francisco friends who were his family, and his family in North Carolina.

Freddie's credo was live life fully with laughter, fun, people - Those who never, understood or really knew him lost much and will never understand him.  Freddie had a wonderful life - it was short but it was packed full with wonder, adventure, laughter, knowledge and lots and lots of LOVE.  

He touched us all.
